Also known as Thermo-Auricular Therapy, this is a non-invasive treatment designed to bring relief to sinus cavities and help with ailments connected to the ear, nose and throat. The treatment works by placing the candle in the ear canal and it working as a chimney effect drawing out any wax, candida yeast and any other debris that may be lodged in the ear canal. Benefits of regular treatments are thought to provide beneficial relief from, migraines, hay fever, vertigo, colds, flu, swimmers ear and many other problems.

Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing radiance and has many benefits including relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Relieving stress, insomnia, fatigue and lack of confidence to name a few.

A non-intrusive complementary treatment bringing balance, harmony and well-being to the body. Based on the theory that specific points on the feet correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexology is tailored to the whole person, treating both physical and non-physical factors that may well be affecting your wellbeing and restoring your body's natural balance.
